s This weekend I was out of state visiting my Pop-pop. Watching one of the most influential people in your life become paralyzed by their age is the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced. My Uncle said something that really struck a chord: “We’re all headed that way, some people’s paths closer than others, but we’ll all be there eventually.”
Happy Easter? I don’t mean for this post to be a buzz kill, but maybe this will elicit a wake up call in those of us so desperate to get to our destinations instead of enjoying the journey, because that destination, is utterly heartbreaking. It’s very interesting how we come into this world and leave this world in the same state: dependent, innocent, pure, helpless. Anyway, let’s talk about what to wear for Easter…

This dress is my favorite dress ever. It’s so flattering and sexy without showing too much skin, which is perfect for Easter. In my opinion, the less you show the sexier you become. I’m very into knee length, high neck, bodycon dresses. I don’t know how I thought a low cut, mini dress was ever cute. (Another reason being 26 is cool: you realize you can still look sexy without looking slutty.)
Let’s talk about the shoes. I got them about a year or so ago and they have been my best purchase from Target, yes Target, as of yet. Oh and the bag? Yup, got it on sale for $15 at H&M!
