Technically, summer is not over and the outfits you’re about to see clearly show that. I mean, September gets pretty hot, like 90 degrees hot! So, you don’t want to pack away all your summer stuff yet, especially in the beginning of September. Also, the whole “no white after Labor Day” rule doesn’t apply here…
This would have been a great workday outfit for Labor Day but luckily this works for any day in September so no need to save it for special ocassions.
This look is one of my favorites and very Eileen Fisher, (whom I adore by the way).
These pants actually tie at the top but in an effort to switch things up and showcase the asymmetrical shirt, I tucked the tie belt in. It makes the pants look completely different.
Yes, I’m still wearing white after Labor Day. It’s the beginning of September, what do you want from me?
Since the weather is so unpredictable, I can finally retire that black skirt for jeans on Fridays again.
