How to | Wear the Same Shoes 5 Days in a Row

I don’t know about you but once I wear a certain outfit or shoes to work I automatically write it off as my “work wear” and refuse to wear them anywhere else. And because I want to save some shoes for outside of work, I’ve learned to wear the same shoes 5 days in a row, sometimes 10!

Working in the city requires affordable, comfortable, low-heeled shoes to conquer the mean streets of NYC, (seriously it’s tough out here both physically and mentally). I’d be lying if I said these shoes were in my normal affordable range but the fact I’ve worn them 5 days in a row, and as much as I have, clearly shows they’re worth the investment. They were originally $100 then $70 but I got them for $50 because I’m a bargain shopping boss.

These pants are my favorite pants right now. They’re so comfy and lightweight but now that I’ve worn them to work I have a hard time trying to wear them outside of work! Who’s with me? (Comment below!)

They could be so cute with a bodysuit or a crop top. You could even “fall-i-fy” the pants by adding a turtleneck and white booties. They’re definitely a must-have.

I felt so Parisian for this particular shot and outfit. Stripes are a French woman’s staple so if you’re going for that “vibe”, definitely get some stripes in your life. These shoes are a bit of a surprise for this look which is why I wore them. I look like a country girl on top and city slicker on the bottom.

I have a love/hate relationship with this picture altogether. My outfit and hair was fine but that damn Dior sign in the background is just too much, ha. I could have photoshopped it out, sure, but then I wouldn’t be able to share my opinion of allegedly endorsing high-end brands.

I have nothing against Dior, except the fact I look extra bougie in this picture, which if you follow along on Snap (notanothrblonde) you’ll know I’m definitely not!

These culottes usually have a bow but I tucked them in so I could show the asymmetrical hem on the shirt. It surprisingly wasn’t uncomfortable…

This skirt has been worn numerous times (see HERE and HERE), and I’m not mad about it. It is so universal and in my opinion, is a staple to any wardrobe. This is an easy skirt to bring into the winter by dressing in “winter white” with stockings, booties, and a knit sweater – how Carrie Bradshaw of me…

Where are your favorite shoes from?
